30 days. No questions asked. Same-day processing.
If Vidora Pro doesn't work for you for any reason, we'll refund your $9.99 in full within 30 days of purchase. Even if you've used all your downloads. Even if your reason is "I changed my mind". Even if you don't give a reason at all.
How to request a refund
- Email support@getvidora.com from the email address you used to purchase.
- Subject line:
Refund request(helps us route faster). - Optionally tell us why - only so we can improve. No required justification.
That's it. No form to fill out. No survey. No "Are you sure?" pop-up.
What happens next
- We process the refund within 24 hours (often within 1 hour).
- Stripe issues the refund to your original payment method.
- It appears on your statement within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).
- Your Pro license is revoked. The extension reverts to the free tier on your devices.
Eligibility
You're eligible for a full refund if:
- It's within 30 days of your original purchase
- You request from the email used at purchase (so we can verify ownership)
What's not eligible
- Purchases older than 30 days (we make no exception - this protects us against abuse)
- Multiple refunds for repeated purchases under the same email (one refund per customer)
- Charges already disputed via your bank/credit card chargeback (in that case the bank handles it)
After a refund
You're welcome to use the free tier again (5 downloads + 3-day trial reset on a fresh install). You can also re-purchase later if you change your mind.
